• Supervises the work of routine inspection staff and notes any defects reported in the products on receipt from the vendors at company premises or at the premises of vendors around the UK and abroad. 
• Responsible for checking, progressing and collating accurate inspection records. 
• Investigate any quality issues to identify the root cause and raise appropriate corrective action (CAPA) paperwork and ensure issues are addressed and resolved. 
• Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (ISO9001, 14001) and contractual requirements. 
• Support regular inspection meetings with representatives from appropriate departments and vendors to establish an action plan for tracking and ensuring the quality. 
• Coordination with any third-party inspection companies (TPIs) appointed by the customers and facilitation for the inspection visit with TPIs. 
• Analyses and interprets the results of tests undertaken and writes up Conformance and non-conformance reports upon completion.

Elbi Lifts Limited, London, UK Dec-2023 to April-2024

• I examine drawings and specifications to determine appropriate methods and sequence of operations. 
• I assisted the team in commissioning of New Lifts according to design specification including electrification and installation of mechanical parts. 
• I contributed to gaining required safety Trainings as required for Site Safety management system including, Construction skills certification (CSCS card, fire warden, working at height, COSHH, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, Abrasive Wheels). 

As Machine Operator

• I performed operations on several Machines including CNC, drilling machine, edge bender, Spot Welding, using Jigs and Fixtures to increases productivity etc.
• I worked on 3 –axis machine, Refreshed Program Writing (G-codes and M-Codes) skills.
• I used Several Precision and Calibration tools including (micrometres, Verniers callipers) to check drawing dimensions and validation sheets.
•  I conducted in-process inspection and checking against drawings and specifications to ensure they made accurately to the highest standards.

Treet Daewoo Battery Factory Sep-2017 to Aug-2018 

• I led commissioning activities for the MF battery expander tooling within a new Battery Plant. I utilised 6S techniques to resolve challenges related to space constraints, Operator access in order to ensure Health & Safety requirements are met. 
• Supported Battery Plant activities such as designing, modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components to optimise its performance. 
• Involved in producing and modifying 12v Batteries Plates in order to achieve desired results.
• Provided Operational Assistance to produce 12V MF (Maintenance-Free Batteries) and Lead-Acid Batteries according to the designed specification.
• I presented technical reports to Plant leadership on production volumes, Quality Inspection & testing results for my section.
