I’m a motivated IT professional with a passion for Microsoft technologies, device management, and cybersecurity. I earned the Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) certification, proving my ability to deploy, manage, and secure Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
My background in Architecture and Interior Design developed my analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, which I now apply to technical troubleshooting and IT support.
I’m currently seeking opportunities as an IT Support Technician, Service Desk Analyst, or Endpoint Administrator to build hands-on experience managing users, devices, and Microsoft 365 environments.
I’m especially interested in growing toward cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure as I continue developing my technical foundation.

As a Technical Support & Training Assistant at a fast-paced organization, I provided hands-on support for digital systems, led team training sessions, and implemented process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. I worked closely with both users and management to resolve technical issues, optimize device performance, and deliver clear, user-friendly guidance. This experience strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, all essential for IT support and endpoint administration roles.
I hold a Master’s in Interior Architecture and a Bachelor’s in Architecture (RIBA Part 1) from Heriot Watt University, where I developed a sharp eye for detail, structured problem-solving, and creative digital skills using software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite. Combined with my Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) qualification, I bring a rare blend of design thinking and technical capability, able to approach IT challenges with both precision and creativity, bridging visual design, system organization, and user experience in modern digital environments.
