I feel that I am excellent candidate for the job because I have a lot to offer. I have a solid background on working on the wards with patients, relatives which allowed me to build a good relationship with all departments.

Working as Ward administrator I was responsible of the patient’s budget and liaised with Finance department regularly. I am used to dealing directly with Patient’s family, lawyers, temp agencies; etc… Developing productive working relationships with different stakeholders is definitely one of my strengths. In my current position as a risk management administrator at the RHN, I assist the manager in ward inspections: all clinical and non-clinical areas and investigating incidents as well as inspections with other teams such as infection control, Domestic and Estates departments.

I organise the health & Safety link group where managers/staff are invited to discuss risk issues in the hospital and update on Health and safety. I support staff in trainings, incident reporting and risk assessment. I assist in the organisation of the Clinical Audit Committee by following up on the action plan and drafting the minutes and the Agenda

I have taken the IOSH Working Safely course, learning delivery Certificate L3, business administration L3 , Supervisory leadership development programme in addition my Moving and Handling training is up to date.
