i am 18years of age, I have 3 months experience in home care and over 5 years experience looking after my elderly grandma who lives with me.

during my experience in home care and looking after my elderly grandma I have provided personal care, followed care plans to meet needs and preferences, provided food and drink, administered medication.

I went to college and studied health and social care Level 2, I completed this course and came out with a grade B. I also studied health and social care at GCSE, with a grade M2.
