Strong technical specialist in multipacking equipment, with comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing processes. Experienced in QCDM, Lean methodologies, problem solving, RCA, 5 Whys, coaching and change implementation. Successfully supported and delivered major capital projects, including projects forming part of a £10 million capital investment programme at Leycroft.
