My aim in teaching is to encourage candidates to develop and demonstrate their skills for different purposes. My commitment is not only to help students meet the course assessment criteria but also, to build and develop a foundation with employer led delivery for transferable skills in the future for lifelong learning. I demonstrate the ability to co-ordinate a team by responding to and creating curriculum innovation in mentoring, managing, developing and delivering a range of related provisions at different levels.
Enthusiasm and the ability to relate to, motivate, coach, mentor and guide staff towards agreed objectives, in an aim to improve their and the college's performance are essential whilst training, not only students but teaching professionals in the ability to lead, manage and support both staff and students with advice and resources.
