Working with a Mental Health Organisation - Mind

I worked with Mind (a charity shop) that helps fight against mental health problems. Here I gained valuable communication skills, have good customer service skills and can manage a heavy work load.

• I worked at the till, I watched over the shop floor, helped customers with their needs and helped put items out on the shop floor.

Working as an assistant for an Aesthetician - Az Aesthetics

I worked with Az Aesthetics to understand more about business studies. Here I developed good customer service skills, to understand more about small business operations and administration.

• I worked at reception and I helped my manager with her clients which allowed me to gain alot of customer service skills.

• I worked in Andrology, Blood transfusions, biochemistry lab, blood sampling and blood typing process.
