I’m a motivated Construction Management graduate from the University of Westminster, with both academic and hands-on experience across multiple trades including carpentry, painting, and plumbing.
I spent 10 months with Neilcott Construction as a Trainee Site Manager, where I gained valuable experience managing subcontractors, supporting health and safety, and ensuring quality on site.
Having studied and worked across different areas of construction, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how projects come together from both a practical and management perspective.
I’m now looking to take the next step as a Graduate or Assistant Site Manager where I can continue learning, contribute to delivering high-quality projects, and grow within a forward-thinking construction company.
I completed a 10-month placement as a Trainee Site Manager at Neilcott Construction, where I gained hands-on experience managing subcontractors, supporting health and safety compliance, coordinating trades, and monitoring progress on site. Alongside that, I’ve also worked across multiple trades — including carpentry, painting, and plumbing — giving me a well-rounded understanding of construction from the ground up. I’m now pursuing a Graduate or Assistant Site Manager role to continue building my career in project delivery and site management.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management from the University of Westminster, where I developed key skills in project planning, contract administration, and sustainable construction. My studies combined theory with practical application, preparing me for management-level responsibilities within the construction industry.
