My name is Awwad Shahid, and I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Digital Marketing and E-Business at Abertay University in Dundee, Scotland. I bring a unique blend of entrepreneurial experience and digital expertise to my studies and professional endeavors.

Before embarking on my academic journey, I co-owned and managed Café Sol, a vibrant community space and coffee shop. This role allowed me to immerse myself in various aspects of business management, including event coordination, social media management, and community engagement. Café Sol was not just a place to enjoy coffee; it was a hub for local events, collaborations, and creative projects.

I handled the café's social media presence and designed promotional materials, ensuring a strong and appealing brand identity.

In addition to my hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, I have a solid background in graphic and web design. I worked as a Graphic & Web Designer/Manager at Unicom Pakistan Pvt. Ltd., where I was responsible for creating presentations, managing the company website, and designing infographics. My freelance graphic design work further honed my skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Urdu text editing.

Furthermore, my role as an Artist Manager/Promoter at Pakistan Music Xclusive (PMX) involved developing and maintaining the website, promoting talent through social media, and managing artists' digital presence. I also gained valuable experience as an intern at Pakistan Telecommunication Limited, where I assisted in network administration and provided technical support.

My diverse experience in both entrepreneurial and corporate settings has equipped me with a versatile skill set, including event management, social media strategy, graphic design, web development, and digital marketing. I am passionate about leveraging these skills to drive engagement and growth in digital spaces.
