Duhok Central Bazar — Sidewalk & Pavement Renovation. Government Project covering 35,000 m². Full renovation of central bazar pavements through the complete interlocking-block sequence — excavation, compacted aggregate subbase, lean-concrete layer, a 3–4 cm sand bedding cushion, laying of the interlocking blocks, compaction, and fine-sand joint filling to seal the voids. Large-scale, high-footfall public works programme.

Marbella Villas — Residential Development. Developer project covering 27,000 m² of granite, marble, and ceramic finishing across a hillside villa development, plus 13,000 m of granite curbstone. Granite was bonded with mortar onto a lean-concrete bed over compacted subbase; garage areas used reinforced concrete sub-slabs (welded mesh + ready-mix) levelled to receive the granite.
Supervised complex geometry works: 45° mitred (diamond-cut) granite for inclined garage ramps, curved ramps combining vertical fall with horizontal curvature, and black-marble entrance stairs with turned flights and flat landings.

French Village 2 — Commercial Units & Parking. Developer project covering 9,000 m². Granite storefronts for commercial units (cafés, retail, restaurants) and the commercial parking area, mortar-bonded onto a lean-concrete bed to the same granite specification used at Marbella.

Duhok Terminal — Dealership Forecourts. Project covering 3,000 m². Multi-colour pattern interlocking block paving across automotive dealership forecourts (Ram, Dodge, GMC, Chevrolet, Ford), combining red, grey, and black block formats into set patterns, with a continuous stone strip running around the buildings.
