• Carillion – UK construction and services group in compulsory liquidation (PwC appointed Special Managers): ran day-to-day estate administration for 30–40 group companies, processing payments, receipts, estate bank accounts and bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, creditor claims and correspondence; prepared and filed VAT returns and liaised directly with HMRC
• Issued statutory first-day letters to creditors of 5 Bullitt Group entities in administration; undertook director conduct investigations
