I hav worked with vulnerable adults over the past 25 years and became a Registered Manager 10 year ago. My experience and knowledge is extensive and varied as I have managed large staff team and services throughout this time.

I am passionate about providing the right care for service users/ residents advocating on their behalf as at times their voices and goals are not always heard. Therfore my role is to ensure safety, caring environment, maintaining relationship and leading my team towards outstanding.

I have always operated as Manager who's door is always open ensuring transparency, this approachable manner encourages trust and a positive working environment.
