• Neatly broke down pallets brought into the warehouse.
• Correctly received pallets that were broken down so that those pallets could be picked by pickers.
• Aided in quality control by being on cage checks for hyper care stores. The hyper care stores were stores that were to be given the most importance due to the numerous complaints they had with the cages they received. I was commended for my cage checks as I meticulously restacked cages and ensured all their contents were present in the cages. Customers were pleased with my resolution of their cages.
• Correctly picked into cages, placing quality over quantity.

• Picked at least 20% more than the minimum daily target (200 files per day) on average for the warehouse I was placed at. This was achieved from after the first month to the last month I worked there.
• Picked files and placed those files into a secure box that I would carry around until I had picked all the files for a current work order. Shortly after, I would place the box containing the completed work order with its respective files onto a dispatch pallet. The dispatch pallet would be taken by a forklift operator to another warehouse.
• Used ladders to safely obtain files on higher shelves.
• Uploaded completed work order via computer to notify OST operators and dispatch team on the system that a work order was finished.

Fulfilment Operative (Picker/Packer) - XPO Iceland Warehouse - Premier Park, Acheson Way, Stretford, Manchester, M17 1GA

• Safely handled food and alcoholic drinks that were required from a customer's order.
• Completed customers' orders through the use of a gun. In the case of XPO Iceland, a gun is a machine that allows you to count stock, complete orders, view the total number of orders remaining, exit orders etc.
• Printed out tickets with the name of the customer, their delivery time slot, order number, correct number of crates in total, and ticked "YES" when a customer's order contained any alcoholic drinks.
• Replenished shelves with missing items for the grocery and chiller sections of the warehouse when looking for a certain grocery or chilled or when all orders on the gun are completed.
• Recycled the cardboard and plastic that came from the packaging of items. For instance, the Kinder Bueno Twin Chocolate Case containing 10 lots of triple packs would be deflated and then placed into the correct recycling bag when there are no longer any Kinder Buenos inside the cardboard case.
