Founded and built a subscription SaaS for barbershops and clinics; live with 3 businesses, each serving 10–50 customers through the platform.

• Built a WhatsApp booking assistant on Claude with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), handling bookings, smart scheduling, automated replies and conversation summaries for each business.
• Chose a database-per-tenant architecture (PostgreSQL, Prisma) so each business's customer data is fully isolated; backend on Express.js in Docker, with auth and payments designed in from the start.
• Shipped scheduling, customer management and analytics in React and Next.js; automated operations with n8n to run the product as a one-person team.

Led and mentored a team of 8 engineers delivering enterprise software for US clients TIME Magazine and Broadway Licensing.

• Cut page load time from around 12s to 1.5s on a high-traffic client platform.
• Made architecture decisions across backend and frontend, and set the team's review standard through daily code review.
• Worked directly with US client stakeholders on scope and delivery; built backend services, integrations and a Next.js CMS migration.
