1st Year dental student as of September 2026 who goes above and beyond in what I do, fast and eager learner with developed communication skills from a part time job. I aspire to further develop my skills to help with my own future and give back to the community with these skills through treating future patients. I believe I am a reflective individual over any mistakes I make; I am open and honest about these and move forward with an optimistic attitude to not let these mistakes happen again.

Teaching (part time job) - Local Mosque

• This experience has boosted my adaptability skills to situations and how I teach children how to read and develop knowledge about their religion
• This allowed me to realise not everything will go to plan all the time, teaching me to be calm under undesirable situations
• Face daily problems whether it regards parents or children, requiring developed decision making and problem-solving skills

Customer Service - Swift Pharmacy - Sheffield

• Provided customer service to patients, advising about their products
• Dispensing drugs safely, dealing with the cash register and transactions
• Dealing with incoming stock and shelving, as well as safely disposing of unused drugs
• Handled patient confidentiality and information in accordance with data protection regulations

Volunteering - Watoto Pre-school

Volunteered in a pre-school for 6 weeks, displaying high communication skills by working with children still learning to speak, ages 1-5.

• Adapted to new situations quickly to ensure satisfaction
• Learned the importance of safety and regulations when working with children, ensuring a watchful eye over many events
• Developed excellent multitasking skills

Reading tutor - Astrea Academy Sheffield

Occasionally volunteered during lunch breaks to aid and help with young individuals who struggle with reading, and the sessions aim to improve reading age for upcoming GCSEs.

Social action Project/ fundraising - Astrea Academy Sheffield

Organised a fundraising event entirely led by colleagues and myself in school, gathering the community for an Iftar event.

• Developed leadership and teamwork skills, essential in a customer service environment
