Under the direction of the registered nurse I provides I consistently deliver care that prioritises dignity, privacy, respect, safety, and wellbeing in their own home. Plan own day to day work, working mainly alone and unsupervised in a service with fluctuating works loads. while ensuring residents receive tailored support that meets their individual needs and care outcomes.
