I am a CADD Technician with 23 years of experience in Design, Construction, and Supervision projects. My present job responsibilities involve managing the CADD requirements of the projects handled in my division. This includes preparing various Structural drawings for Major and Minor Bridges, Interchanges, Tunnels, Rail Bridges, Rail Tunnels, Rail Stations, Sewage Treatment plants, Stormwater tanks, Culverts, Car parking structures, Highway related drawings such as Cross sections, Profiles, Geometrical plans, Concept and presentation drawings, etc.

My responsibilities include working for the Transportation department, where I am responsible for preparing Highway alignment drawings and Structural drawings for Bridges and Highways. I perform Bridge layout and geometry tasks, develop Bridge General Plans, and apply my CAD expertise to create detailed bridge construction plans and Highway drawings. I also independently develop specialized Bridge structural details, including steel prestressing and bar reinforcing layouts.

Additionally, I am involved in preparing as-built drawings and handling other related tasks as required.

I am proficient in creating Plan & Profiles drawings for Tunnels, various types of culverts, Stormwater pumping stations and holding tanks, irrigation pumping stations, Structural details of Electrical Substations, MCC & Generator room drawings, Irrigation reservoir tanks, Concrete Retaining walls, Parking structures, Road markings, Highway Pavement details, junction drawings, drainage details, and Utility structures.

One of my key responsibilities is to maintain project electronic files and archives, ensuring that all project-related documents are organized and easily accessible when needed.

I am skilled in BIM Modelling of Structures using Autodesk Revit, which allows me to create detailed 3D models of the structures I work on, promoting better coordination and collaboration among project stakeholders.

• Capable of creating drawings for various types of Substructures, including Piers, Pier Caps, Abutment wells, Foundations (Open and Pile), and Pile Caps. Proficient in detailing Columns, Beams, Slabs, Foundations, and Bearing details such as Elastomeric Bearing, Pot Bearing, and Pot cum PTFE bearing, etc.
