Managing Director - The Ocean Catch Restaurant - Hastings, East Sussex

At present I own my restaurant located on the seafront in Hastings, as the Managing Director I have brought the restaurant into the present times through modernising the decor and updating the menu and style of service. This has ensured that I have managed to keep a consistent turnover during non trading months in the winter. I solely manage all aspects of the restaurant from front of house to day to day running and annual account returns.
I am looking to sell the business due to the long commute on a daily basis.
