- Producing high quality digital assets (static & MP4) for all digital channels across all 3 brands for all territories (UK, IE, DE, FR, IS, ROW) including turning Brand Marketing campaign artwork into digital designs to be used and spread to the online audience.
- Following a different set of detailed design guideline for each brand across all digital channels and platforms including website override, social media, affiliates, email, videos etc.
- Creating engaging 'fit-for-purpose' content which is robust and delivered on-time, meeting the needs of Trading and Marketing teams, ensuring design practices are consistent yet adapted as necessary for international audiences.
- Optimised designs and content, working closely with Content and CRO teams to test and measure engagement, adopting designs as required to deliver continuous improvement of content.
- Being able to adapt designs as required based on feedback or potential trade changes.
- Refreshing or Designing new homepages and landing pages to improve the user journey on the site.
- New and innovative design concepts developed, through the capture and interpretation of CRO and Analytics insights, to develop highly targeted and engaging assets and experiences.
- Documented and thoroughly designed brand guidelines, ensuring brand designs are on date / ahead of the market and competitors, carrying out user group research and creating mood boards to progress concepts.
- Digital assets and content delivered on-time, to schedule and to intended specifications, ensuring content is fit-for-purpose and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Deliver consistency across the brand, managing stakeholder feedback at all levels, adapting designs as required.
