• Additionally provide paid consulting services to start-ups looking to establish businesses in the food and beverage industry.

FOUNDER/DIRECTOR - STERLING WEST - LONDON

• Developed an online social media management agency that provides optimisation and management services to social media influencers in the health and beauty sector.
• Started the business up from scratch, developed company branding, website design and client acquisition.
• Managed to successfully increase online presence and following for a number of clients by using sophisticated algorithms and target outreach plans.
• Achieved a net profit in the first year of 65,000 GBP.
• Developed skills in client management, brand partnership, communications and budgeting.

Work experience at branding and integrated creative agency Chaos Design Agency. The firm focusses on protecting client interests, by helping ambitious leaders to create inspiring brands and penetrate markets.

• Learnt about brand strategy, internal and external communications, advertising and digital marketing.
• Experienced the process of preparing client pitches and building ad campaigns within the aviation, renewal energy and consumer goods industries.

WORK EXPERIENCE - QVC - LONDON

Work experience at television shopping channel broadcaster QVC, shadowing Director of Digital Sales, Joe Swales.

• Experienced the oversight of budget management for the digital department. This also included management of digital sales targets and online market research.
• Spent time with the HR department and their hiring function to manage the induction of a new employee to the PR team.

UNIVERSITY PLACEMENT - FABER MUSIC - LONDON

Completed a one week placement at music publishing firm Faber Music. Shadowed a range of departments such as Sync, Licencing, Digital, Marketing and Publishing.

• Tasks included editing of publishing, reviewing client's scores and checking for any mistakes both grammatically and musically.
• Developed knowledge of music marketing and direction of sales. Specifically focussed on target marketing activities to support a module essay on indirect and direct licencing within the music industry.
• Assisted on the creation of a marketing campaign for International Women's Day.

INTERNSHIP - WARNER MUSIC - LONDON

Completed an internship at Warner Music, gaining experience on rotation across 4 record labels and within a number of different departments.

• Spent 4 days at the catalogue department at rhino records working through their catalogue of artists and updating relevant royalties and track titles to the catalogue.
• Worked as part of a team to create an internal ideas "pitch" to promote a rising artist in the UK, Haley Kiyoko. Led on presentation of this project to a panel of six from Atlantic and Parlophone records.
