A dedicated leader in Sustainability with over 25 years of experience in the energy saving ESG and retrofit sector. Experience ranges from £10m+ projects that covers new build, refurbishment, multi site roll-outs
ESG Reporting: Managing and overseeing the preparation of sustainability reports in compliance with GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) standards, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Retrofit: SHDF, ECO4, GBIS, planning, bidding, managing, reporting and delivery. Climate-Related Disclosures: Implementing TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) recommendations to provide investors with decision-useful information on climate-related risks and opportunities.
Sustainability Strategy: Developing and executing sustainability strategies that align with the company’s goals and regulatory requirements, including the upcoming ISSB (International Sustainability Standards Board) standards.
SRS Compliance: Ensuring adherence to the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS), a voluntary framework designed to help housing providers measure, manage, and report on their ESG performance in a consistent, comparable, and transparent way12.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives and enhance our corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts.
Data Management: Utilizing advanced data analytics to track and report on sustainability metrics, ensuring accurate and reliable data for informed decision-making.
