Having held full end-to-end operational management responsibility for a successful business. My duties included team leadership and development, budget management, strategy, quality assurance, sales performance management, procurement, continuous improvement, inventory management, HR, technical leadership, HSE, legislation and client relationship management.
With over thirty years experience in the automotive and transport industry covering DVSA regulations, O licence, Tachographs, Compliance as well as being a time served technician progressing to master technician in including being qualified on EV vehicles and on to GM roles my experience is very broad in the industry.
