My main responsibilities were welcoming customers into the venue and then offering them a drink. I aimed to exceed customer expectations by being approachable and friendly while working hard to meet targets for the company. I gained leadership skills as I taught the newer employees how to work effectively whilst also caring for my colleagues when it was necessary.
I was later promoted to supervisor as my manager recognised my hard work and dedication to customer service. I gained experience of working with a till, with money in a busy environment, whilst accommodating to customers needs.
Referee - Bradford City Football Development Programme - Bradford

I had to referee for children under 13 years old. This involved knowing the rules of the game and ensuring each child's safety by disciplining any player that breaks the rules. This came with big responsibilities as the parents trusted me with their children's safety.
Painting and decorating - Pixel painting - Leeds

My main responsibilities were painting different areas of private jobs including walls, ceilings, skirtings etc. I also prepared the area where the work was going to take place through marking, sanding and protecting the clients property through covers. This improved my teamwork skills as I had to cooperate with those working around me and communicate effectively so jobs were assigned and completed to a very high standard.
This also helped with my time management as I had a deadline to when the job had to be completed by.
