I am a Sociology graduate from Newcastle University. I’m currently working as an SEO copywriter for Loved Brands, where I take on responsibilities including writing blogs, proofreading emails and other content, improving SEO using analytics and keyword research, and creating website copy. I have experience writing copy from working as a writer at Arcadia, where I published articles on some of the topics I studied in my sociology degree at Newcastle University.

I have also written business copy when I was working as a digital marketing assistant for Fayamask, a fire safety company, where I would work on product descriptions for Amazon listings and write content for the company website.

• Computer literacy: Level 2 Diploma in Digital Applications, proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, Powerpoint and Excel. Competent touch typist with an average of 80 words per minute.
• Quantitative and qualitative research methods: Experienced in conducting interviews, creating questionnaires, and analysing quantitative data using SPSS.
• SEO knowledge: Familiar with a variety of methods for reaching the company’s target audience and tailoring information to their needs.
• Communication: Comfortable working individually and as part of both large and small teams, experience using telephone, messaging and email to communicate with other team members and clients outside of the company.
• Adaptability: Able to adjust writing style and language to better suit the target audience for various different projects.
• Editing: Adept at proofreading and editing content while keeping the company message and ideals intact.
