About
With more than four years working within hospitality experience i am looking for part time work, I am an hardworking employee with strong leadership qualities with the ability to train and lead less confident employees, showing a consistent enthusiasm and always going the extra mile to ensure everything is run smoothly during my shift. With my experience I know what is expected of me to achieve high hygiene standards and I am confident in positive communication with our customers to make sure we provide great customer service by being able to resolve issues that may be brought alight, within my previous positions I have been trained in various amount of roles so I am able to help out within multiple areas of front of house including bartending, serving and greeting customers.

Throughout my experience at The Bay Tree, I learnt to work within a team environment carrying out safe food handling and food hygiene procedures, working lunchtime and evening shifts, preparing the restaurant between our multiple menu options, I am trained how to serve a variety of different drinks and I am confident in working in a bar position and serving different dishes with strong knowledge of allergy advice, I lead and train new staff with front of house positions and I am enthusiastic to work and support other members of staff in a multitask environment. With my time I have worked at The Bay tree restaurant I always make sure to provide excellent customer service connecting with customers ensuring they are given a positive dining experience.
