I have 10 years experience in an office environment. My background includes customer service, handling data, managing a Team against KPI’s and most recently have been working in the Business Analysis space in a junior role.
I have experience managing tight deadlines in high pressured envrionments and working across teams and departments. I have strong organistation skills and can multi task effectivley.
Outside of work you can find me hiking up the downs or nose deep in a good book.
My current role is as a Junior Business Analyst. I work across departments gathering process documents and understanding systems and procedures, to identify solutions for problems to promote efficiency.
