I'm very patient and I also have really good communication skills which is good for the children because it allows me to build a relationship and bond with them building the relationship with children will also support the rapport gained with parents, I am energetic and enthusiastic allowing me to support children development. I enjoying supporting and helping young people to develop and term new skills. seeing people grow and develop glues me a great sense of achievement.

Painting and Decorating Project - Northampton old scouts RFC
We supported a painting and decorating project to decorate the changing rooms and toilets at the rugby club I gained the experience of painting and decorating how to paint different surfaces effectively. I also gained knowledge of Policies and procedures around health and safety and utilising teamwork skills.
