In my role as a support worker, I consistently have to go above and beyond for the tenants in my care. My responsibilities included, but were not limited to: preparation of medications and organising money, taking charge of planning and spearheading new initiatives in meetings, scheduling appointments and organising contacts, as well as other important admin tasks. All admin tasks consisted of highly sensitive and important information, which was vital to the well-being of the tenants, and had to be completed to a high standard.
Most importantly, this role saw me tackling challenging situations head-on, which required an ability to deal with high-pressure situations and quick thinking. I also completed multiple training courses while in this role, which has improved my overall work skills.

Bartender and Barista - Cafe Baggio

In my previous role asa bartender/barista, I worked effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth service during busy periods when football or events were taking place within the bar. I demonstrated the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, preparing both drinks and food orders. Other responsibilities included opening and closing the premises at the end of the shift, ensuring everything was prepared for the next day of service.
This also included managing the bar and food inventory, tracking stock levels, and communicating this to my GM to ensure smooth operation. I am skilled in mixing a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines, and also trained to use a coffee machine to make a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks and pour-overs. I also completed multiple training courses while in this role, which included food hygiene and health and safety.
In-Ground Correspondent - Opta Sports

In my role as an in-ground correspondent, I travelled across the North West to watch men's and women's games for teams such as Liverpool, Everton, Manchester City, and Tranmere Rovers. Punctuality was a main attribute within this role, and being early to games to help with areas such as relaying line-ups back to the main office before the start of the game. Also, research is essential to make sure player information and tactics are correct to help with relaying information during game time to in-office analysts.
Communication was vital during this role to effectively communicate with Opta's operations team and relevant parties during games. Information needed high attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data, and this included goals, assists, fouls, and other significant moments and players involved.
Kitchen Assistant - Various Locations

In my role as a kitchen assistant, I worked with various businesses, including The Jockey Club, Britannia Inn, Six By Nico in Liverpool, and The Owl in Leeds. My responsibilities included food preparation and cooking and assisting the head chefs when required, mainly during busy periods to help with workflow and delivery. Cleaning and maintenance were a vital part of the role making sure the kitchen was kept clean and to a high standard of hygiene, accomplished by correctly cleaning equipment and sanitizing areas.
Performance Analyst - GB Mens Goalball (Goalball UK)

In my role as a performance analyst, I worked remotely in Liverpool and travelled across to Sheffield frequently to have meetings with the coaching team and players to observe training sessions. My responsibilities included gathering performance data from matches from our team and opponents using various technologies, including Longomatch and Dartfish. From this, I created a database and reports to present to the coaches, highlighting strengths and weaknesses and areas for improvement for the upcoming European tournament.
Constant communication with the coaching staff and effectively communicating the data through reports and presentations. Finally, always seeking ways to improve myself by using different analysis tools and software to help develop the data collected, and training and attending online seminars.
Opposition Match Analyst - Vaasan Palloseura FC
(2019-03 - 2019-09)
In my role as performance analyst for Vaasan Palloseura FC, the role was completed remotely in the UK. My responsibilities in this role were to watch and code upcoming opponents' matches using the software Sportcode Pro. This was completed under a tight timeframe as the coaches needed the information on time. I liaised with the coaching staff and provided them with reports from the matches watched during our weekly feedback meetings.
Football Coach - Chester Sports Association
(2019-01 - 2020-01)
As a coach, I helped run weekly sessions of football for people with a mixed age range and different disabilities. Every week, I would liaise with team leaders to help plan and run football sessions, delivered to mixed-ability classes. Outside of the weekly sessions, I helped supervise teams that would be entered into tournaments once a month at the University of Chester. The main focus of this was to look after the welfare of the team and ensure equal opportunities.
Academy Analyst - Tranmere Rovers FC
(2018-08 - 2019-12)
During my time as an academy analyst, I progressed from academy intern to head academy analyst after the completion of my internship. My main responsibilities were to film and live code home and away matches, using the coding system created with the coaching staff on Sportscode. I provided the coaching staff and players with pre and post-match presentations based on the key performance indicators in accordance with the coaching philosophy.
I created and provided pre match reports for the coaches on upcoming opponents. Assisted with the organisation of interns within the academy department and other duties such as filming training when required.
