This was a local pub in Wimborne Dorset that was very popular for its excellent food. There was many regulars at this establishment, being a local pub in a small town, but we also had a lot of new customers as a result of our trip advisor ratings for our food.

Role - Bartender

This role was working at the very popular cocktail bar/restaurant/night club Aruba on Bournemouth pier in Dorset.

This bar was always extremely busy, particularly in the evenings on weekends. My responsibilities were focused on serving drinks (including cocktails and coffee), keeping the bar clean and providing a high level of customer service as part of a 15-person bar team.
