Warehouse Operative at Tanar Ltd (2020-03 – 2022-12)
My duties were working as part of the warehouse team picking and packing using pick sheets printing off relating to orders from customers. Checking deliveries for damaged or missing items as well as correct information. Assisting delivery drivers load and unload lorry's dealing make sure stock is stored correctly and safely.
Offering excellent customer service, face to face and the phone. Moving stock around the warehouse using an electric pump truck (inhouse training). Packed and wrapped goods ready for dispatch.

Working as part of the warehouse team my duties included picking customers' orders using a manual pick sheet as well as a scan gun. Walking around the warehouse using a pump truck then packing the orders at the packing station. Using the computer to process the orders then shrink wrapping the pallets ready for loading, checking that order is correct.

My duties are to pick items of food using a handheld scan gun and put them into crates Using ICT equipment to enter Label number, then print off the correct labels for delivery. Preparing delivery for dispatch, storing food appropriately, checking delivery notes was correct against storage. Replenishing the stock from deliveries in the pick center, when required on a rota spot checking the orders and keeping the warehouse neat and tidy at all times.
Warehouse Person at Cab Automotive (2014-01 – 2015-06)
Working as part of the warehouse/ assembly line team, my duties were checking the foam machine was programmed correctly to make the car seats, checking quality and that it was running well with the correct program, if not I would stop the machine and reprogram. At the end of the process quality checking the seats, which then was sprayed with chemicals to ensure end to end process, wearing the correct PPE.
Merchandiser at Carlisle Retail (2011-01 – 2012-09)
My duties during this time involved working as a fitter merchandiser as part of a small team, following instructions written and verbal to refurbish the workspace, stripping old shelves etc and replacement. Using hand and power tools. Working with other tradespeople on site electricians and plumbers. Moving stack out of work area stock taking, restocking of shelves, merchandising to store plans. At times I had to work independently.
General Operative at Groundwork Black Country (2010-03 – 2010-12)
Whilst working for Groundwork my duties involved in making sure the local land areas were clean, tidy, and well maintained. I would trim hedges using hand and power tools; make sure pathways were clear and accessible as well as clearing areas of litter. I would liaise with local residents to find out other areas that needed to be maintained. Even though I was working as part of a team, I had individual responsibility for the quality of work I carried out whilst working to a strict timeline.
