- In this role I have experienced working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. During peak times the store receives influxes of orders, requiring us to work as a team and co-ordinate with people on various stations across the store to ensure smooth operation. I’ve learned the importance of teamwork and communication as it contributes to a better work environment for all.
- -This is a customer facing role, so I’ve experienced first-hand interacting with the general public, this has included taking orders and handling payments. I’m able to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, which would also enable me to effectively speak to clients.
- Flexibility has been a core tenant of this role; I’ve learnt various stations across the store and often change stations multiple times within a shift. This flexibility, paired with my willingness to learn allows me to quickly adapt to new environments and learn the skills associated with a job.
