Ben Theobald

My Name is Ben, I am a versatile graphic designer with over 12 years commercial experience. Proficient in Adobe creative software, creating brand identity, packaging design, product visualisation, brochures and promotional materials. I have experience in fast moving consumer goods, trade advertising, pattern design, illustration and 3D visualization in photoshop.

I also have the ability to create animations in Adobe After Effects and edit video clips in Adobe Premiere. I am experienced in working on pitch presentations and creating work for large customers and brands.

My passion for design started 18 years ago and my ambition will neverfade.

The areas of design that excite me the most are packaging design and branding.

With that said, I find enjoyment in all areas of graphic design and I love a challenge. When I’m not designing I am most likely to be found hanging out with my two sons, skateboarding, playing the drums or sketching.

I have attended college courses in Art and Design and I have a HND in graphic design which I passed with distinction.

During college I worked at The Mustard Agency as a junior designer which was over the course of ten months. I then worked as a graphic designer in

North Wiltshire for Footfall Direct, a digital print and data company that specialize in nightclubs, bars and restaurants.

My last position was at Quantum Marketing in Bournemouth. I was there for 4 and a half years. They are a marketing agency which specializes in events, experiential marketing and fast moving consumer goods.

My most recent position is at A2V in Ferndown, Dorset and I have been there for 6 years. The company specializes in craft products, gifting, art supplies and textiles. Creating products and packaging to be sold into large supermarket chains internationally such as Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Spotlight,

Hobbycraft, as well as smaller shops such as WHSmiths, Boots,

The Works, Superdrug, World Duty Free and so much more.

I have been lucky to have had the opportunity to grow with these four companies however it is time for my next challenge.
