Production Planner

 Planning production schedules for a portfolio of products based on latest demand including sales orders and forecast.

 Coordinate production workflow for multiple products.

 Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

 Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.

 Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.

 Monitor actual production activity to plan & report variance.

 Proactively identify potential risks in the production process and develop contingency plans.

 Coordinate with production teams to ensure the availability of resources, including raw materials, equipment, and labour.

 Using forecast demands and analysis to anticipate necessary production changes.

 Monitor demand changes to production requirements.

Reschedule orders to maximise efficiency and reduce customer lead-time. Re-allocate orders to meet customer priorities.

 Monitor material delivery dates to maintain on-time production schedule.

 Prepared detailed production reports for management review.
