Benjamin Denant

I have been a full time Physical Preparation / Strength and Conditioning Coach for 7 years in France working for a National 2 Level Team. I have a degree in sports science and a masters in training and optimisation of sports performance. I am dedicated and passionate about football, I have been playing regionally in France for many years and I am always looking for learning opportunities to further develop my skills whether thats with seminars, conferences or independent learning.

In my previous role I was solely responsible for developing and implementing atheletic performance plans, on field athletic preparation, injury prevention programs and much more.
