I work in a distribution site where I've performed all jobs on site which require distribution of parcels that come into the site, to where they are then organised for van drivers to collect and deliver them out. On different days I'm given different job roles. For example I've done yard marshaling where I organise truck on site and also offloading them of pallets or cars containing parcels which are sent from different fulfilment centres, then place them ready to be inducted.
In this roles I get to manage water spiders(co-workers) who place the cart/pallet by a belt to be inducted at a rate so all parcels are scanned and designated to their specific bags.
