I have extensive experience across education, school improvement, leadership, inspection, quality assurance and professional development. My career has included working with schools, early years settings and education organisations in the UK and internationally. I have held senior leadership positions and worked as an inspector, adviser, consultant and trainer, supporting leaders and practitioners to improve the quality of education and outcomes for children.

My experience includes school improvement planning, curriculum development, teaching and learning, assessment, early years practice, safeguarding, leadership development and quality assurance. I have worked with a wide range of educational settings and professionals, giving me a strong understanding of the different challenges and opportunities faced by organisations.

I particularly value working alongside leaders and practitioners, providing constructive challenge, practical support and professional guidance. I am experienced in analysing evidence, identifying priorities for improvement and helping teams turn recommendations into effective action.
