I’m an organised and proactive person with a background in travel and customer-facing roles, where I’ve got used to managing lots of moving parts and keeping things running smoothly. I enjoy being in fast-paced environments where there’s always something going on, and I can help bring a bit of structure and clarity to it all.
Outside of work, I’ve always had a real interest in music, live events and creative spaces. I go to gigs whenever I can and have a big appreciation for music from all over the world, which has made me really curious about what goes on behind the scenes. I’d love to move into a role where I can be part of that world, learn the industry, and use my organisational skills to help make events and projects come together.
I’ve built up my experience across a mix of travel, customer-facing, and more hands-on roles, which has given me a really strong foundation in organisation and communication. In my current role as a Destination Planning Manager, I coordinate complex trips with lots of moving parts, working with different suppliers and timelines to make sure everything is clearly planned and runs smoothly. Before that, as an Adventure Sales Specialist, I was speaking with clients daily, managing enquiries and turning them into well-organised travel plans, which really developed my confidence in communication and understanding what people are looking for.
I’ve also worked in smaller, more hands-on environments like an outdoor activity business and hospitality roles, where I got used to working at pace, being part of a team, and just getting stuck in wherever needed. Overall, my experience has made me someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling different tasks while keeping things running smoothly.
I have a background in Law and Social Policy, having completed an LLB followed by a Master’s degree at Bangor University. My studies helped me develop strong research, communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to think critically and manage a busy workload.
