employees.

Responsibilities included :-

• Hosting of clients and co-ordination of visits in accordance with company guidelines.
• Management of incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Supporting senior site staff with meeting bookings and co-ordination of conference facilities including catering and transport planning.
• Emergency preparedness coordinator and fire marshal
• Administrative support to the executive staff when needed including covering tasks from absent employees such as data entry, preparing correspondence and record-keeping.
• Ownership of the reception and front of house to ensure company standards and image is maintained.
• Co-ordination of site office supplies whilst ensuring stock levels are maintained.
