My roles and responsibilities consist of taking food and beverages order on the till, serving customers food and beverages. I also must deal with any complaints that customers may have and helping to make sure that the shifts run smoothly by allocating roles to members of staff to ensure that every staff member knows what jobs they are doing for shifts. I also deal with cash and card payments on the tills.
