Head of Communications in a World-Leading Shopify Agency (2016-2023)

• Managing external communications for the agency, including but not limited to: case studies, blogs, webinars, videos, PDFs, social media content and newsletters.
• Liaising with key stakeholders on the agency's communications and brand strategy, as well as budgeting for all agency events.
• Updating the agency's website on Squarespace and then Webflow, ensuring that our brand content remains fresh and engaging for Shopify business owners.
• Overseeing internal communications for the agency, including but not limited to: producing company white papers, introducing new team members, and hosting weekly company round-ups to ensure the entire agency is connected, from our two offices and for those working from home.
• Managing a number of marketing retainers (both e-commerce and service-based) to assist with graphic design, brand tone of voice, creative campaigns, social media content, influencer marketing strategies on Instagram and TikTok, and email marketing on Omnisend, Klaviyo and Mailchimp.

I graduated with First Class Honours (BA) in English Literature and History from the University of Birmingham back in 2016.
