During my time at Busy Bees Nursery, I gained extensive experience working primarily in the baby room with children aged 6 months to 2 years. From 2022 to 2023, I attended my placement at this nursery learning valuable skills to enable me to progress onto a level 3 nursery practitioner, I then got employed and worked as a full-time nursery practitioner in 2024 where I dedicated myself to providing high-quality care for children aged 3 to 5 years. I took great pride in leading engaging learning activities that supported the children's development in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. My role involved assisting in the planning and implementation of age-appropriate educational activities tailored to each child's needs.
Building strong relationships with the children, their parents, and my colleagues was a vital part of my work, as it allowed me to support each child's individual learning journey and overall well-being effectively.
