I am a friendly, energetic and caring 16-year-old looking for an opportunity to gain experience in a customer service role. I enjoy meeting people, helping others and making people smile. I am hardworking, responsible and keen to learn new skills.

I have developed valuable practical experience through work placements, school responsibilities and caring for animals. I am able to follow instructions carefully, work independently and recognise when I need to ask for help. I am enthusiastic about starting work and developing my confidence and skills in a workplace.

Work Experience Placement at Foxisle Gundogs (2025-11 – 2025-11)

• Groomed and cleaned dogs, maintaining high standards of hygiene and care
• Helped plan and prepare meals for the dogs
• Helped with the daily care and routines of puppies
• Took part in basic health checks and reported concerns to staff
• Initially worked alongside an experienced member of staff to learn tasks and procedures
• After being shown what to do, was able to carry out many tasks independently
• Followed instructions carefully and worked responsibly around animals
• Demonstrated patience, care, attention to detail and independence

PE Teaching Assistant Work Experience at Stonehill School

• Supported PE lessons for pupils in Years 5, 6 and 7
• Helped teachers set up equipment and activities
• Assisted pupils during PE activities and helped them understand instructions
• With support from teachers, had the opportunity to teach parts of some sessions
• Worked as part of a team with teaching staff
• Developed confidence, communication, organisation and leadership skills

Horse Care at Horse / Livery Yard (Present)

• Help care for horses belonging to other owners when they need assistance
• Fill and check water supplies
• Help keep fields clean by poo picking and maintaining a safe environment
• Follow instructions from horse owners and complete tasks responsibly
• Work independently and complete routine tasks reliably
• Demonstrate patience and care when working with animals
