For the past 14 years I have been working with Vulnerable Adults to provide Care Plans to support them in a person centred way. Carrying out regular assessments to ensure the required level of support is delivered. Managing a team and working with other care / health provider.

Investigating and reporting any safeguarding incident. I am passionate about the support for vulnerable people and with a dedicated, friendly approachable personality, I believe I can achieve the best for the people I represent
