I am a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) working in a GP surgery in Basildon, where I support clinicians in delivering high-quality patient care. My role includes carrying out routine clinical procedures, monitoring patient observations, assisting with health checks, and ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported during their visits. I have gained a wealth of hands-on experience within primary care and have developed strong clinical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
