Working within Tesco has given me many skills such as working with the public and in a team to achieve a shared goal, ensuring all requirements of the job are met and exceeded. This includes always ensuring that the customer comes first.

Warehouse operative - Euro Car Parts

During my time of working as a warehouse operative at Euro Car Parts I have taken in deliveries, ensured all stock has been put away in a safe and timely manner. Working as a team to ensure all orders have been put in the correct place and making the relevant people aware of any issues that may occur during the process to ensure that all customers have the best experience from the moment that they place the order. This also included helping out other departments when they needed such as collecting any products required for the shop and completing any paperwork that is needed.

Shop supervisor - Euro Car Parts

I am currently working as a shop supervisor after being promoted from shop assistant. This includes serving customers and helping with any queries they may have. Placing orders to ensure that the customer gets the product they require.

I am also required to ensure that new members of staff are trained on the systems to serve customers with the best experience, showing them where to find any products that are kept within the warehouse and also products that are required to keep stocked in the shop.
