To prepare using fresh ingredients authentic Indian tandoori specialty dishes from extensive Tandoori Menu including Chicken Tikka, Lamb Tikka, King Prawn Tikka, numerous variations of Chicken and Lamb kebabs such as Shish, Shashlik, Mixed Platters that meet the established quality and presentation standards. To prepare the ingredients of and produce a variety of authentic Nan Breads including Peshwari, Garlic & Corriander, Plain and Garlic, and to produce Tandoori Rotis and Parathas. To also refresh and improve menu variety from time to time with new innovative ideas consistent with the quality and presentation expected.
To supervise and train kitchen assistants. To assist in the achievement of a turnover and margin targets. To ensure compliance with all legislation regarding food safety management systems as required by the Environmental Health Office.
