Working with bands from all over the world with highly sensitive professional equipment. Manning the sound desk, managing the stage and multiple, multi day festivals and gigs. Collaborating effectively and efficiently with others in deadline-driven environments.

Within the job I had a very good relationship with all members of staff and the boss who was very helpful in teaching me how to act in the workplace and the transferable skills required for any work environment. Mel Morgan's is a small sports business that provides sporting equipment for all of Gwent. I was responsible for helping the manager pick out nearly £25,000 worth of shoes, trainers and football boots.
At the shop, we would take on a multitude of roles, ordering shoes, stacking shelves, folding clothes, sweeping the floor, washing the pavement and even running to the corner shop for the manager. During my time there I learned valuable skills that I can apply in the workplace and in everyday life.
