Blaise Bowden

Through my years within the working and educational world I have always prided myself on my ability to stay punctual and level headed even through times of pressure or personal struggles, I will always keep a driven mindset to aid myself and others in achieving the best; I am my happiest when motivated. My organisational skills were tested the most in the weeks leading to and during my A level exam period, I managed this through creating personal timetable for revision covering the two years of content. During my experience in work i have also demonstrated these skills by always staying mindful of the tasks that need to be completed and staying on top of them.

These personal skills allow me to stay motivated in my own abilities, however I will always listen to and give feedback when needed, I appreciate a great importance of independent work, however this doesn't close me off to learning new skills and being communicative with those around me. I will always carefully listen to instructions and try my best to improve on any feedback given; I now feel the most confident and secure in voicing and understanding what is required of me and what i can do to help my colleagues, which i know i can incorporate further into new experiences and careers
