Self-starter product manager. My background is varied, and I would consider myself a generalist. I am confident in my adaptability with a proven track record of taking on multiple complex problems simultaneously and finding innovative solutions using critical, analytical, and divergent thinking. I have taken it upon myself to optimize my current work to better align with the roles and responsibilities one might find within a product manager role.

• I have self-run an agile project whereby I designed, built and launched forecasting tools to over 1000 operation support staff. Designing user stories, breaking epics into sprints and executing release planning.
• Using data and conducting user interviews, I identified improvements to useability and navigations of the forecast tools.
• I have built project management dashboards using Notion which stakeholders can view; tasks, sprints, product backlog and completed product features.
• Regular involvement in high level capex meetings with investment committees where I discuss how to optimize site performance.

Educated to a degree level, with recent educational accolades being, CIMA Certification, agile project management and Certified Anaplan Model Builder.
