I am a health care Assistant with a background in nursing ( BNS in nursing) I have 1year of UK care experience I have worked in a nursing home as well as dormiciliary care. As a dormiciliary carecare worker i was responsible for; personal care such as bathing ,dressing, oral hygiene, Meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, medication administration, documentation of clients daily movements and abnormalities.

In a nursing home my responsibilities were;

Assist clients for breakfast, change clients pad and give clients a bath and a change of clothes, repositioning clients to prevent pressure sores, Assist clients to eat, Document clients vitals into the system and changes in clients overall health. Hoisting of clients, safe guarding of clients, assist clients with ambulation, confidentiality ofof clients health records.

I am a health care Assistant with 1year of UK care experience who is empathetic,passionate and ready to offer my skills and abilities.

I have a Bachelor's degree in nursing.
